Our idea is to believe we do not pay sales tax

The idea behind the whole network came about as a result of looking at sales promotions and special 'certain conditions apply' and other in-store discount schemes that do nothing but frustrate shoppers.

I just can't believe the foolishness of some store-keepers who would display large posters, indicating a sales promotion, visible from outside of the store. Then, once inside the store, the shopper is able to see a small line of text at the bottom of the sign effectively making the promotion useless for most circumstances.

Do shop keepers really considered shoppers to be idiots? Hopefully it is only a select few, or at least only some mis-guided marketing types from head-office where large chain-stores are concerned.

I don't know about you, but when things like this happen, I make a point NEVER to shop in that store again. Don't retailers realize this? That they may get a one-time sale from the sheep that don't give a damn, but they may have lost several other avid shoppers in the process. Hardly seems worth it.

Our network will reward both the shopper and the retailer providing that everyone understands how they can work together.

The main concept has three parts...

As a member of the network, the shopper will effectively not pay above the posted list price of a product at a participating retail store.

As a member of the network, the participating retailer will achieve an increasing number of new customers to the store due to exposure via this web site and word of mouth.

The participating retailer will not make adjustments or exclusions based on product or product price. No special conditions. The retailer is either in or out, with no exceptions.
