Log a Complaint against a Participating Retailer

Occasionally a complaint needs to be made. We are determined to ensure that retailers in this network do not treat its members in a way that is not in line with our goals.

If a retailer starts making special conditions like a 2 for 1 deal that is not available to members, we want to hear about it. If member privileges are restricted to certain times of the day or week, no way.

If a member gets his or her benefit only after a certain number of items are purchased, no thanks.

There are some examples of unfair practices and will not help the retailer anyway. It defeats the network for everyone.
